Become a Franchisee

Thank you for taking the first step in becoming a Culver’s franchisee. Please fill out the inquiry form below. After receiving your inquiry form, our franchise development representative will contact you by phone to discuss preliminary questions and review the feasibility of a long-term business relationship.

Prequalification Questions

Yes	No	Applicant is interested in franchising in our "Development Market". Please visit the Development Market to make certain we are expanding in your area of interest.
Yes	No	Applicant will be the operator maintaining a minimum of 50 percent ownership in the operating business entity or 25 percent in the business and real estate.
Yes	No	Applicant will be involved full-time in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Yes	No	Applicant has available and access to a minimum of $300,000 in liquid funds for investment in the business.
Yes	No	Applicant is able to attend an intense 16-week training school in Wisconsin once a franchise agreement has been signed.
