Team Member

We're looking for team members who can provide personalized, exceptional guest service so that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves feeling Culverized. If you can adhere to our food safety practices, prepare quality products and handle guest comments promptly and courteously, then this position is for you.

General Manager

The big kahuna of each Culver’s. We’re looking for people who can lead a team effectively to develop maximum sales volume and profit margin. The GM builds business through increased sales, controlled costs, and ensuring a quality product reaches the guest in a quick and timely manner.

Training Coordinator

The training coordinator develops in-store trainers to train team members concerning hospitality to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves feeling Culverized. The coordinator also trains new and current team members in all aspects of restaurant operations.

Crew Chief

The crew chiefs run shifts efficiently and continually motivate team members. They also demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for all team members through appearance and that "can do" Culver's attitude.

Porter

A porter provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant, timely and accurately. Each of Culver’s porters is also responsible for completing scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment, safely and correctly. We need people who can work independently without supervision.

Assistant Manager

An assistant manager assists the general manager to develop maximum sales volume and profit margin. This person also develops managers and team members to ensure every guest who chooses Culver’s has a Culverrific day.
