Franchise Business Partner - Chicago, IL Market  

Summary:  This individual will be responsible for guest service, training, new restaurant openings and financial results in 20-25 franchise locations.  This person will also provide leadership and coaching in all phases of restaurant operations and general business matters by providing expertise to franchise partners in their quest to build restaurant sales and profits, while adding value to the Culver's brand.

 

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent and five years related experience as a restaurant multi-unit supervisor or franchise consultant.  Overnight travel required.  Territory will include Chicago and surrounding areas.
