We're here for you.

During your training, and throughout your career as a Culver’s owner, our supply chain, marketing and operations teams will support you every step of the way. We also offer ongoing training programs to help the key team members in your restaurant grow and develop.
Site Selection
To assist you in the site selection process, we review your proposed site’s demographics, placement within the trade area and specific characteristics of that area. If you don’t have a specific trade area in mind, we will help you locate one. Our site approval for a Culver’s restaurant does not constitute a recommendation, assurance or endorsement of the success of that approved site.
Building and Design
Our Design Services staff provide site layouts and prototype building plans for new construction, or concept plans and building elevations if you are converting an existing building. They will assist you as you work with your architect to modify these plans to suit local requirements while maintaining the quality and image of our brand. They will assist you with the bidding process and are available during construction to answer questions.
Supply Chain
Our Supply Chain Management team works with our supplier partners to secure quality sources for food, packaging and equipment. The Supply Chain Management Team also monitors product quality, creates innovative products and assures a sufficient supply of products to our restaurants. Only the best products make it into Culver’s.
Marketing
The restaurant business is highly competitive, and marketing is as important as providing delicious food, great service and a clean environment for our guests. Our differentiating Culver’s message of hometown values, genuine hospitality and fresh, made only after you order meals has helped us take our signature ButterBurgers and Fresh Frozen Custard across the country. To support you further, our marketing team addresses local marketing strategies through training programs and on-site visits.
ButterBurger® University
Culver’s offers its franchisees one of the most extensive training courses available in the restaurant industry. We feature a 16-week program that includes both classroom and in-restaurant training. Once a Culver’s restaurant opens, franchisees receive continued interaction and support with operational updates, training from franchise business partners, quarterly market meetings, manager workshops and our Culver’s Annual Reunion. Many people who attend training together remain lifelong friends.
