Targeted Growth Markets

A large part of our success is due to the pioneering spirit of our franchisees, and the Culver's hospitality they deliver to new markets.

Financial Incentives

To support that pioneering spirit, we are currently offering a reduced royalty program for select markets.  Newly opened Culver's within these select markets will benefit from these reduced royalties for the first two years the Culver's is open.  The program will expire on March 31, 2011, and a franchise agreement would have to be signed prior to that date in order to qualify.

Markets

As we bring Culver's to new markets, we have selected specific cities which meet our preferred trade area demographic criteria, and are eligible for our reduced royalty financial incentive.  The cities, listed by state, are:

Colorado

Ohio

Texas

These "targeted growth markets" and/or cities, do not constitute a recomendation, assurance, or endorsement of the potential success of a given Culver's restaurant.  There may be other communities not listed that fit our demographic criteria.
