What if my Culver’s eGift voucher is lost or stolen?

Your eGift voucher does have a monetary value so please treat it as you would cash. If your eGift is lost or stolen, your friend may use the resend function within the eGift Social application to resend the gift voucher notification. However, if the value of the lost or stolen voucher has been redeemed by another party, the value is nonrefundable.

How and where can I use my Culver’s eGift?

The Culver’s® eGift is accepted at all Culver’s locations. Please use our store locator to find a Culver’s near you.

Do Culver’s eGift vouchers have an expiration date?

No. Culver’s eGifts do not expire.

Must I send the same gift to each friend?

You may select a different gift for each friend.

May I send a gift to more than one friend in a single transaction?

Yes. You may send gifts to multiple friends in a single transaction.

May I send multiple gifts to each friend in a single transaction?

Yes. You may send multiple gifts to a single friend in a single transaction. You are limited to a maximum of three credit card transactions per day and a maximum gifting amount of $25 per credit card transaction.

Are eGift purchases refundable?

All sales are final and no refunds are available. However, the eGift Social application gives you the ability to manage your account. In addition to reviewing your transactions, you may resend gift notifications, if necessary, using the resend function.

What will my friend actually receive?

Your friend will receive an eGift voucher notification via email or a Facebook wall post listing the gift they’ve received, their eGift account number and instructions for redeeming their eGift.

What if my friend did not receive the eGift notification?

Recheck the email address. Use the resend function to resend gift notification.

What if my friend loses or deletes the eGift notification?

You may use the resend function within the eGift Social application to resend the gift notification.

Does the eGift represent a coupon or a voucher?

The Culver’s eGift represents an actual dollar amount just like a gift card. You should protect your eGift account number. If you share your account number, others may redeem the gift, resulting in a depletion or loss of value that is nonrefundable.

What payment methods are accepted by the eGift Social℠ application?

Currently, the application accepts all major credit cards—MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, and Discover®.

Are there terms and conditions I must accept to use the application?

Yes. Prior to sending your first gift you must accept the terms/conditions and privacy policy of the eGift Social application. Additionally, you must also accept Culver’s terms and conditions prior to completing all transactions.
