From crystal clear Canadian waters, each filet of our mild, tender Northwoods Walleye is hand battered, then golden fried after you order. Served with a classic Culver’s family recipe tartar sauce featuring olives, capers and sweet relish, your choice of two side dishes plus a warm dinner roll. Available for a Limited Time Only. - Dinner Roll : Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, high fructose corn syrup, sugar yeast,, soybean oil,contains 2% or less of the following: wheat gluten, salt, dough conditioner (DATEM, mono & digylcerides, polysorbate 80, calckium peroxide, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide) dextrose, enzymes [pentosanase, glucose oxidase], L-cycteine), salt, whey (milk), yeast, enzymes (monoglycerides, guar gum, modified corn starch, amylase), egg, calcium propionateand potassium sorbate (preservatives), yeast nutrients(monocalcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate), honey. Produced on common equipment with soy.
- Cole Slaw : Cabbage, soybean oil, sugar, water, carrots, onions, cider vinegar, egg yolks, distilled vinegar. Contains less than 2% of salt, celery seed, dehydrated onion and garlic, xanthan gum, autolyzed yeast extract, paprika.
- Crinkle Cut Fries : Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (May contain one or more of the following: Canola, Oil, Sunflower Oil, Palm Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil), Modified Food Starch (Potato, Corn, Tapioca), Rice Flour, Dextrin, Salt, Leavening (Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dextrose, Xanthan Gum.
