Flavor of the Day Widget News
We're sad to report that our Flavor of the Day widget will be going away at the end of 2010. Bummer, we know. While it's unfortunate that our current Flavor of the Day service is soon coming to an end, you can still get your Flavor of the Day via your widget through 2010.
Even though the widget is going away, you can always get your daily flavor fix right here on Culvers.com. Simply visit our Flavor of the Day page and use our handy store locator search tool. It's easy—you just enter your City, State or ZIP code, select your favorite neighborhood Culver's restaurant and click "Make This My Location." Then, every time you come back to Culvers.com your Flavor of the Day will be there to tempt you. That's worth checking out, isn't it?

Web Widget
Most web widgets are shared/posted on a particular site such as Facebook, Delicious and MySpace. For example, on Facebook it is posted to your wall and eventually will end up in "Older Posts." To remove it, find it in your wall posts, hover over the top right corner and a "Remove" button will show up. Simply click on it to remove the post. Other sites should have a similar process.

OSX Dashboard Widget
If you want to remove or disable widgets in Mac OS X 10.4.2 or later, use Widget Manager. To learn more about Widget Manager, see Apple’s support document:

Web Widget – Install our Flavor of the Day widget to one of over 50 different social networking and bookmarking sites like Facebook, MySpace, iGoogle and Delicious.
System Requirements: Flash 9
- Open another browser tab or window, then log in to the site where you'd like the widget placed
- Navigate back to this page and click Get and Share at the bottom of the widget, then select your destination
- Click the Add to account button
Yahoo! Widget – After installing Yahoo! Widgets, the latest info from your favorite sites (like the Flavor of the Day from culvers.com) can be viewed right from your desktop.
System Requirements: Windows 2000 SP3, Windows XP SP2, Vista, Mac OSX 10.3 or higher
- Download and Install Yahoo! Widgets. To begin, open another tab or window in your browser, then go to http://widgets.yahoo.com/download. Click the Get Started Now button located on this page. Once the download is complete, double click the file to install
- Once installed, navigate back to this page and click Get and Share at the bottom of the widget, then select Yahoo! Widgets as your destination
- Click the Copy URL button and paste the link into your browser window, then press Enter. [For Vista, click Download, then Open with Yahoo Widgets]
- Click Open in the dialog box that appears
Vista Dashboard Gadget – Install our widget to Vista Gadgets, and the sidebar will always display the Flavor of the Day from your favorite Culver's.
System Requirements: Windows Vista
- Click Get and Share at the bottom of the widget, then select Vista as your destination
- Click Download, then select Save File
- Select Open with Windows Sidebar
OS X Dashboard Widget – Mac's built-in dashboard means your Flavor of the Day widget is only one click away.
System Requirements: Mac OSX 10.5 or higher
- Click Get and Share at the bottom of the widget, then select OSX Dashboard as your destination
- Click Download, then select Save File
- Double click on the file to install
