Whether you’re social distancing or sheltering in place, it would be our privilege to prepare a handcrafted meal you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.

Our Drive-Thrus Are Open

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation.

Our top priority remains ensuring the health, safety and overall well-being of our guests, team members and communities. While we love nothing more than serving you delicious food, we take the guidance of the CDC, state and local governments very seriously and want to do our part in limiting the spread of the virus.

For that reason, we are temporarily closing our in-restaurant dining rooms and will only be serving guests in the drive-thru in an effort to limit person-to-person contact. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we feel this is a necessary step we need to take in this current environment.

We’ve heard from so many of you that you’ve appreciated we’re still there for you – being a bright spot in this current climate. We’re happy that our drive-thru remains open, and we’ll be delighted to continue to serve you in this way.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to monitor this developing situation. We hope you continue to visit us during these unprecedented times.

 

A Message from our President and CEO

Dear Valued Guests,

At Culver’s, we genuinely care about the health and safety of our guests, team members and communities.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a growing concern around the world and remains an extremely fluid situation. First and foremost, our hearts go out to those who have been personally impacted by this virus, whether because of the illness itself or the disruption and complication to your daily lives. This isn’t a situation anyone wants to be in.

At Culver’s, we are taking this situation very seriously and closely monitoring recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other public health agencies to keep you and our team members safe. I’m proud of our many peers in the restaurant industry who are also focused on the safety of their guests to help prevent the spread of this virus.

Within our restaurants we are actively reinforcing proper handwashing as well as hygiene and health standards with restaurant teams. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas of our restaurants. Our owner-operators in your communities are taking necessary steps to monitor their team members’ health and provide proper guidance for their well-being. We are committed to being responsive to new recommendations from public health organizations. We appreciate your continued understanding as we all navigate through this time of uncertainty.
