Your Safety Continues to Be Our Top Priority

January 13, 2021

We’re continuing to provide our guests with a safe experience, whether you dine in the restaurant, visit us through our drive-thrus or take your food to go. Our restaurant owner-operators are making decisions about whether to open their dining rooms, with the goal of keeping our guests and team members safe and healthy.

We’re monitoring CDC and local public health agencies to make sure our safety standards match their guidelines. Team members are wearing face coverings and gloves, and they’re frequently cleaning booths, tables and chairs. We’re also making hand sanitizer available to all team members and guests. Markers inside restaurants and on our patios are helping guests and team members practice social distancing.

We’ve heard from many of our guests that Culver’s has been a bright spot throughout the pandemic and provided them with a comforting meal on a stressful day. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to see you soon. Together, we’ll get through this challenging time.

Culver's Team Member Assistance Fund

May 27, 2020

We've been reminded how special the True Blue Crew is over the past couple months. Their continued dedication to serving guests and supporting each other is unmatched.

We also know it hasn't always been easy, and these are challenging times emotionally and financially. That's why we created the Culver's Team Member Assistance Fund with help from our partners and the Culver's Foundation.

Eligible team members can apply for a one-time, non-taxable grant to use toward their personal expenses. Team members are encouraged to contact their managers for more information.

We've always believed that we're stronger together and are committed to doing all we can to support our Culver's family through these difficult times.

The Plan For Reopening Our Dining Rooms

May 4, 2020

Over the next month, the 25 states Culver’s calls home will start removing restrictions and allowing dining rooms to reopen. We will continue to determine exactly what that reopening will look like, and we don’t anticipate it will look exactly like our dining rooms did before. As always, our top priority remains ensuring the health of our guests, team members and communities.

For that reason, each franchisee will determine when their teams are ready to reopen their doors. While there’s nothing we’d love more than welcoming you back inside our restaurants, our owner-operators may need some additional time to put precautions in place to continue limiting the spread of the virus. We’re still working through the specifics, but dining rooms will be set up to enable social distancing and implement all new important safety precautions so franchisees can provide a safe environment for guests and team members.

To learn when your local Culver’s will reopen its dining room, please check our restaurant locator. For now, our drive-thrus remain open and we would love to serve you.

We’ll continue sharing updates here as we have them. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we hope to see you soon.

Thank You to Our Team Members

Leave the Cooking to Us

March 24, 2020

We know things are uncertain, and while we can’t solve everything, we’re committed to continue serving our communities in the best way we know how: by preparing meals for you and your family.

At Culver’s, we love nothing more than safely serving you delicious food. That’s why we wanted to take a moment to assure you that our drive-thrus remain open.

Our Drive-Thrus Are Open

March 18, 2020

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation.

Our top priority remains ensuring the health, safety and overall well-being of our guests, team members and communities. While we love nothing more than serving you delicious food, we take the guidance of the CDC, state and local governments very seriously and want to do our part in limiting the spread of the virus.

For that reason, we are temporarily closing our in-restaurant dining rooms and will only be serving guests in the drive-thru in an effort to limit person-to-person contact. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we feel this is a necessary step we need to take in this current environment.

We’ve heard from so many of you that you’ve appreciated we’re still there for you – being a bright spot in this current climate. We’re happy that our drive-thru remains open, and we’ll be delighted to continue to serve you in this way.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to monitor this developing situation. We hope you continue to visit us during these unprecedented times.

A Message from our President and CEO

March 13, 2020

Dear Valued Guests,

At Culver’s, we genuinely care about the health and safety of our guests, team members and communities.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be a growing concern around the world and remains an extremely fluid situation. First and foremost, our hearts go out to those who have been personally impacted by this virus, whether because of the illness itself or the disruption and complication to your daily lives. This isn’t a situation anyone wants to be in.

At Culver’s, we are taking this situation very seriously and closely monitoring recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other public health agencies to keep you and our team members safe. I’m proud of our many peers in the restaurant industry who are also focused on the safety of their guests to help prevent the spread of this virus.

Within our restaurants we are actively reinforcing proper handwashing as well as hygiene and health standards with restaurant teams. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas of our restaurants. Our owner-operators in your communities are taking necessary steps to monitor their team members’ health and provide proper guidance for their well-being. We are committed to being responsive to new recommendations from public health organizations. We appreciate your continued understanding as we all navigate through this time of uncertainty.

Our mission statement at Culver’s is: “We genuinely care so every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy.” During these challenging times, we take our commitment to this mission very seriously. Please feel confident that our owner-operators and their team members will do everything possible to provide a safe dining experience for you, your family and your friends.

On behalf of all of us, please keep yourselves and your families safe. Thank you for choosing Culver’s, and we hope to see you soon.
