Culver’s #FarmingFridays Hosts Ag Influencers
Social Media Series Returns For A Third Year
PRAIRIE DU SAC, Wis.— People want to know where their food comes from, and Culver’s #FarmingFridays is dedicated to satisfying this hunger for knowledge. The popular social series, which is part of Culver’s Thank You Farmers Project, returns in 2018 on Friday, March 23.
#FarmingFridays invites influencers from across the agricultural industry to share their stories on Culver’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat accounts. The series will take place on five Fridays spread throughout the year.
This year’s first #FarmingFridays guest is FarmHer. Founded by Marji Guyler-Alaniz, FarmHer has grown into a television show, radio show, podcast and line of merchandise, in order to connect, inspire and empower women in agriculture. FarmHer also hosts events, like Grow by FarmHer and I Am FarmHer, that bring together women in agriculture with empowering and educational speakers and introduces them to the skills needed to be successful leaders. During #FarmingFridays, FarmHer will share what it’s like behind the scenes while highlighting the stories of some amazing women in agriculture.
