Check In & Grab Your Food Inside or "Curd" Side
When we see you’re getting close, just check in on the active orders screen of the app. That ensures we start preparing your food when you’re near, so it will be as fresh as possible. Once you’re here, head toward the Mobile Carryout sign in the lobby or park in a designated pick up spot outside. A team member will deliver your food right to you.
At this time, only a select number of restaurants offer mobile ordering. As more restaurants join the list of participating locations, the Culver’s app is your go-to place to see if your local restaurant offers mobile ordering.
The restaurant is currently experiencing some issues with its mobile ordering system. Please order at the restaurant until the issue is fixed. If you would like to share additional feedback for the restaurant or about your mobile ordering experience, please do so here.
Each restaurant is independently owned and operated and will decide when to offer mobile ordering. Check the Culver’s app for any updates when mobile ordering will become available.
Please check your device settings to ensure you’re sharing your location with Culver’s while using the app or always. We will then be able to tell you are near a Culver’s that offers mobile ordering and you can start your mobile order.
Yes, all mobile orders must be made using the Culver’s app on Apple iOS or Android. Mobile ordering isn’t available on culvers.com at this time.
When ordering in the app, select either “Mobile Carryout” or “’Curd’ Side Pickup.” To use “Curd” Side Pickup, simply park in a designated parking spot with a blue “Curd” Side Pickup sign once you arrive at the restaurant after placing your order and checking in. A team member will identify your car from the vehicle description you provide in the app and deliver right to you.
As you near the restaurant, you’ll receive a push notification, simply open the notification and on the Active Orders screen click “Check In.”
Orders cannot be modified once you have placed them. You can add to your order by placing an additional order or cancelling your order before you check in and then resubmitting it. Orders cannot be cancelled after checking in.
Just as fresh as ordering at the restaurant. As soon as you are nearby let us know that you are ready to pick up, hit “check in” on the Active Orders screen and our team will begin making your food. The “check in” button will appear as soon as you are within a predetermined distance near the restaurant.
Payment is required when you place your order. If you would like to pay at the restaurant, please order at the restaurant instead of the Culver’s mobile app.
