Culver’s is not just in the restaurant business, we’re in the people business. Hospitality is at the heart of the Culver's True Blue Crew, and Team Members Keith Lueckenhoff and Cory Kost exemplify this belief every day at Culver’s of Jefferson City, Missouri. They bring a special kind of hospitality to the restaurant, making guests feel welcome and inspiring their fellow Team Members.
Cory, who has worked at the restaurant for four years, is known for his smile and determined work ethic. “Cory brings a contagious smile and joy,” said franchisee Kendall Walz. “He works hard from the moment he steps foot in our dining room until it’s spotless.”
"Cory and Keith make our team better every day."
Keith has been at Culver’s of Jefferson City for two-and-a-half years, and his enthusiasm for his job and his community is unmatched. “Keith walks in and gives a fist pump to everyone he works with,” said Kendall. “He knows a lot of people and is always saying hello when they come in.”
"We are so lucky to have them as part of our team."
Keith’s involvement with the Special Olympics has even inspired the restaurant to support the organization. The restaurant holds multiple donation days every year to help guests raise money for the Special Olympics, as well as donating Fresh Frozen Custard to fundraisers held outside of the restaurant. “To see the joy that playing sports brings to the athletes is something truly amazing,” said Kendall.
Working hard, spreading joy and inspiring the restaurant to get involved in the local community are only a few ways that Keith and Cory add to their team. Their hospitality and enthusiasm show what the True Blue Crew is all about.
